ISSUE 146 – MAY 2026

Welcome to your May edition of Thinklocal Magazine, with lots to read and enjoy!
It’s the hottest day of the year as I write this, and it finally feels like the Summer we’ve all been waiting for. With the sun shining and no clouds in sight, it’s the perfect time to get out and enjoy our community. You can find plenty of local inspiration in our What’s On section (pages 32–37).
I’m thrilled to announce a new collaboration with local photographer and business; Maciek Platek from www.stneotsgallery.co.uk. Take a close look at our front cover—it’s a fresh perspective on our new market square! You’ll find more of his stunning work throughout this issue, and you can even pick up some local artwork for yourself (see his advert on page 5). And do drop me an email and tell me what you think of the local images!
On the sporting front, we’re catching up with the St Neots Bowmen and celebrating the fantastic refurbishment of the St Neots Tennis Club. They are hosting an open day on Saturday 20th June where you can even play for free, so definitely get that one in your diary! If you’re a fan of the arts, don't miss page 28 for a chance to win tickets to see Shakespeare At The Towers perform A Comedy of Errors.
This magazine is made possible every month by our wonderful local advertisers. A warm welcome this month to St Neots Tuition, St Neots Folk Club, and Sweet Paradise in Cross Keys Mews. Please do support these businesses whenever you can—and don't forget to mention Thinklocal when you contact them!
As always, we have your regular updates from local groups, charities, and organisations. I hope you enjoy the read and have a fantastic month, especially with those two bank holiday weekends to look forward to!
Please enjoy are latest edition...
Best wishes,
