Our walk and talk for women group meets every Thursday evening at Paxton Pits outside the Visitor Centre, we gather together at 6.15pm to walk at 6.30 pm. All women are welcome to walk, chat, laugh, and cry. We share and care.

The U3A monthly meeting – Russell Webb – “Life in the London Fire Brigade”
The Eatons Community Centre – 2.00pm – 4.00pm. Russell had a very long career – over 30 years – as a firefighter and has many tales to tell about the history of the London Fire Brigade and life in the fire station. But his life changed after losing his wife to cancer and he sought solace in writing aspects on his life. www.stneots.u3asite.uk/ This developed into a book and his talk will reflect both halves on his life. All his royalties go to charity, and his story will be of considerable interest.
