We all have that person on the Christmas list who is just impossible to buy for. Well, fear not, because the Biggleswade-based aerodrome has plenty on offer to help fill those stockings.

From May – October, Shuttleworth offers seven thrilling live air shows, each with a unique theme. With kids (under 18) going free to all but one of the shows, you can treat a family of four to a full day’s entertainment for under £100. Each show features an incredible line up of air displays as well as a host of amazing ground attractions (all included in the price of entry) – from interactive Discovery Zones to a free fun fair, parades, agricultural exhibits and more. If you’re not sure which show to opt for, you can also purchase gift vouchers that are valid against events, food and drink.

You’d be forgiven for assuming that Shuttleworth only offers these spectacular air shows. In fact, the venue has a year-round programme of over 25 events from comedy and tribute nights to classical music evenings, a casino night plus their hero events: Engineering Open Workshop (a behind-the-scenes look at how the in-house Engineering team maintain their fleet of aircraft and vehicles from 1909 – 1950), Easter Bunny Flies In (an airborne arrival from the Bunny and an egg hunt to boot), and Summer Fete Open Weekend (the biggest ground attraction offer outside of an air show for just £7.50 per adult and kids going free!).
