Rebel and Ashby in Cross Keys Mews

When I opened my shop 18 months ago, I had no idea what to expect, if it would be successful and if people would visit. Retail was new to me, but as a burned-out nurse, I needed to do something different, something I would love and something I hoped the town would love. I took my love for interiors and home styling, and Rebel & Ashby was born.

Fast forward to now, and our business has grown, our following has grown, and our love for our little corner of the Mews has grown.

We are amazed that we have won 2 awards, including an award from Theo Paphitis for Small Businesses and just recently The Muddy Stiletto Award for Best Lifestyle Shop in Suffolk & Cambs. These are huge achievements for us.

I am so excited and a little bit gobsmacked that we won; we were up against some amazing businesses.

We have now expanded into our new shop, which is a little bigger but still in Cross Keys Mews. We have expanded our range and have even more gorgeous things for your home. I only buy things that I love and don’t buy in bulk, so the shop changes regularly. I look back 18 months and can’t believe what a journey I have been on, my heart is full of gratitude right now.
