Little Paxton Gardening Club – Dr Ian Bedford
8.00pm at Little Paxton Village Hall. ‘No Dig’ Gardening – We welcome back Dr Ian Bedford who tonight will enlighten us on why many plants can attract or repel bugs – his talk explores some of these and how they can be used to create a natural balance system for attracting nature and keeping the pests under control. Beautiful Butterflies at Paxton Pits Visitor Centre – Talk by Edward Polland
Doors open at 6.30pm for 7.00pm start. Edward will be talking about the past, present and future of butterflies at the nature reserve and the local area. Plus discussing more about the Grizzled Skipper and why Paxton Pits is so vital for its conservation. The talk is £3 with proceeds going towards the Friends of Paxton Pits. Refreshments available to purchase.
