ISSUE 103 – OCTOBER 2022

Welcome to our Spooky October edition of Thinklocal magazine.

Firstly, we would like to offer our sincere and deepest condolences to those affected by the passing of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, it was such a shock to everyone, she has been such a constant in our lives and whether you are a royalist or not, she has certainly made a massive impact on this country and the world. King Charles III has a huge legacy to fill, God Save The King.

Dare we say the word….Christmas! Maybe the countdown has started in your household, or you leave it until the last moment! However you approach Christmas, maybe this year we could all shop local just that little bit more. There are some wonderful independent shops and services in St Neots so if you are looking for a gift or even a gift voucher then maybe you could look a little more locally.

We have some new local businesses advertising in the magazine this month, Mama’s TLC, Melton Plumbing and Heating, Social Beans, Jamaican Grill House and Loves Farm Pharmacy, please always mention Thinklocal to anyone you call from the magazine, it helps us, it helps our customers and hopefully it will help you.
It’s Halloween this month, take a look at our What’s On section and book into your local events, as always St Neots Museum have some fun events including their popular Evening, Ghost and Crime walks around the town. Plus, this month sees the start of the Winter Craft and Gift Fayre. See page 28 for more information.

Thank you for reading this month’s edition of ThinkLocal magazine we are grateful to all our readers and advertisers. Please visit our new website and let us know your thoughts.

Have a wonderful October and until next month, keep well and safe.
