ISSUE 96 – MARCH 2022
Welcome to our March edition of Thinklocal Magazine. Spring is finally around the corner, and it is lovely to see all the spring bulbs coming through and the new lambs in the fields. The clocks go forward on Mother’s Day this year, which is Sunday 27th March, so the nights will be lighter and brighter.
With energy bills on everyone’s mind at present, Eileen from Safelocal Trades has some great tips on saving money, even though the worst of the Winter weather is over there are still simple ways we can conserve energy. See page 8 for more information.
For the first time in a long while our what’s on section is very full, events and clubs are returning to some sense of normality which is great to see.
Our new website www.thinklocalmagazine.co.uk is having lots of visitors, we plan to enhance the site even more over the coming months, with a business directory to be added and even more articles and blogs.
St Neots Timebank is looking for a new coordinator, as Georgina who has held the position for over 10 years is retiring. The role supported by Timebank UK is a voluntary position, so if you feel you can help run the group please get in contact with Georgina, more details can be found on page 38.
Please mention ThinkLocal when contacting any business, group or organisation who promote themselves through us. Without them we would not have a local magazine.
