ISSUE 95 – FEBRUARY 2022

Welcome to our February edition of ThinkLocal Magazine. In this month’s edition love is in the air with Valentine’s Day, and we are bringing you some exciting news from Thinklocal.
If you are celebrating Valentine’s Day with your loved one, then why not stay in and treat them to some delicious dark chocolate and chilli brownies, Lee from Badgers Chilli Kitchen has created a wonderful, sweet treat recipe featuring dark chocolate. To finish it off try a mixed berry bellini. See page 20 for the recipes. On a more serious note, romance fraud increases dramatically around this time of year. Safe Local trades have top tips on keeping yourself safe from these fraudsters, see page 8
We have a great competition this month, brought to you by Stageworks Events. You can win 2 tickets to see The Wedding Singer, a hilarious musical based on the film. Stageworks will be performing the show between 16th – 19th February. For your chance to win see page 14. It’s hard to believe but Thinklocal has been running now for almost 8 years next month. In that time the magazine has gone from strength to strength, and we have increased our monthly circulation to 12,500 copies, we hope to increase this even more this year as the new Wintringham estate grows.

We are so pleased to announce that we have launched our new website, www.thinklocalmagazine.co.uk Check us out online for more things local.

It is something we have been working on for a while and we hope it will enhance the magazine and mean we can reach even more readers. We are also hoping to increase our print run to 13,500 by the end of the year. This will take in the new houses on the Wintringham estate.

Welcome to all new advertisers to this edition of ThinkLocal, including Brilliant Finish Decorators, Alan Day Building and Maintenance and Croft Trading, please mention ThinkLocal when contacting any business, group or organisation who promote themselves through us. Without them we would not have a local magazine.
