From driving and guarding miniature locomotives to track management, maintenance, gardening, customer service and events, there’s a role for everyone — whether you’re a lifelong railway enthusiast or simply looking to try something new. No previous experience is needed, just enthusiasm and a willingness to get involved, with full training and support provided.
