Summer Sessions Bring Music and Passion to the Market Square

St Neots Market Square becomes the stage for a musical celebration on Saturday 20 June as Particle Community Arts launches its Summer Sessions of free concerts. The music runs from 1pm to 5pm, with three amazing bands bringing summertime fun to the town centre.

Passion Parade combine infectious energy with big hooks and feel-good festival vibes. Named Breakout Artist of the Year at the 2025 NMG Awards, this band is one to watch.

Claudia Kate is a rising indie-pop singer-songwriter whose raw, relatable lyrics and uplifting sound have earned support from BBC Introducing and Radio 1.

Mr Griff brings the party vibes with his 8-piece funk and soul band, delivering powerhouse vocals, classic grooves and irresistible rhythms guaranteed to get Market Square dancing.

Particle is a newly registered charity dedicated to delivering cultural events in St Neots. Their Summer Sessions on the Market Square continue throughout July, August and September. On Saturday 18 July, Hetty and the Jazzato Band serve up a slice of La Dolce Vita with their classic Italian jazz and swing from the 1920s to the 1960s. On 1 August St Neots Big Band will be busting out the tunes to get the square moving. On 15 August Graffiti Classics bring their unforgettable blend of classical music and comedy theatre. On 19th September The Balkanoes round off the series with their riotous Klezmer folk romps. All Summer Sessions concerts except the 20 June launch run from 1pm to 3pm.

With the Summer Sessions concerts, plus the regular entertainment at the St Neots Farm and Craft Market, St Neots Folk Festival taking over the Square on 6 June, Armed Forces Day on Regatta Meadow on 4 July and Bands in the Park every Sunday, St Neots will have a free concert every weekend day throughout the summer.

Saturday 13th June
Tremaine Dawkins & Riverside Theatre Company
10am - 2pm, St Neots Market Square. Soul singer and pianist Tremaine Dawkins keeps the Farm & Craft Market visitors entertained with a mix of original material and well-known classics. Catch her at 10:45am and 12:30pm. At 10am and midday, Riverside Theatre Company will be previewing songs from their upcoming show, Shrek the Musical Junior.

Particle Presents... Summer Sessions
1-5pm, St Neots Market Square. Particle Community Arts launches its Summer Sessions of FREE concerts on St Neots Market Square, with three amazing bands to bring some summertime fun to the town centre (see page ** for more details).
Saturday 27th June
Backstage Cabaret, Footsteps Dance Academy & Ten Cent Town
10am - 2pm, St Neots Market Square. A triple bill of music and dancing at the Farm & Craft Market. Footsteps Dance Academy (10am and 11:30am) will showcase their amazing young students spanning ballet, modern dance and more. Backstage Cabaret (10:30am) bring the West End to St Neots with songs from your favourite musicals. Ten Cent Town (midday) perform Americana country, jazz, folk and blues via North Carolina and Glasgow.
