St Neots Remembrance Sunday Parade and Service on 13th November 2022
Timings for St Neots Parish Church:
- 9.30am – Parade Steps Off from Bridge Pub, St Neots
- 9.40am – Parade Halts at Church Street; Parade participants enter St Neots Parish Church; DL escorted by the Town Mayor enters St Marys Parish Church
- 10.00am – Church Service begins
- 10.40am – Congregation gathers at the War Memorial in the Church Yard
- 10.50am – Act of Remembrance at the War Memorial in the Church Yard
- 11.00am – 2 minute silence at the War Memorial in the Church Yard
- 11.02am – Laying of Wreaths at the War Memorial in the Church Yard
- 11.20am – Event ends
The Act of Remembrance at the War Memorial will be streamed via the Town Council’s Facebook page http://www.stneots-tc.gov.uk/stneotstowncouncil giving those who cannot attend in person the opportunity to join the event.
St Mary’s Church Eaton Socon
St Mary’s Church Eaton Socon will hold a service at 1000hrs followed by the act of remembrance at the war memorial on Eaton Socon green.
St Mary’s Church Eynesbury
St Marys Church Eynesbury will hold their act of remembrance in the church grounds followed by a church service.
