ISSUE 100 – JULY 2022

WOW our 100th edition of Thinklocal – from our first edition in April 2014 we have grown and grown our, or should we say your, magazine into a monthly essential for the residents of St Neots and the surrounding areas. Starting with only an idea and three weeks later a printed first edition it was a hectic time. The cinema in St Neots wasn’t even open then, it did however open the following month in May 2014!
We set up the magazine to become a focus of everything local – communities, groups, organisations and local businesses – and we are so pleased to say that some of our first advertisers and contributors are still advertising and contributing today in this very magazine.
We would like to thank absolutely everyone for their support and encouragement over the years which has allowed us to grow and grow.
So what next we hear you ask? Well we are developing our website further to be able to publicise local events, we want to increase the number of print copies that we run to enable us to go through more residents doors and we want our online presence to grow.
We hope you enjoy this months edition, we have a full what’s on section on pages 28 and 29 and if you are arranging a future event them please contact us for inclusion in our next edition or even within our new calendar coming soon to our website.
If you are an expectant Mum then take a look at page 7 and page 24. One of new advertisers Whole birth and Beyond have Pregnancy Relaxation classes available at Loves Farm House until October.
